Located just over a mile to Nauset Beach and the village of East Orleans - this elegant beach house is a joy and delight. Central A/C, 2 outdoor showers, huge yard and patio for summer fun. Perfect for Cape visitors of all ages! Bright and sunny with space galore. Perfect for family, extended family or multiple families.

A lovely living room leads into a large, open concept kitchen dining area with a great table, awesome island, granite counters, stainless appliances, gas cooking and a pantry to fill with your vacation goodies. Fully equipped for the family chef...or perfect for a meal on the grill. Connected to this wonderful space is a terrific screened in porch for lounging, relaxing and enjoying summer's eve on Cape Cod. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath is located on this level.

The second floor is perfect with master bedroom with a queen bed and master bath with shower on one end of the hall and on the other end is the kids' room or guest room with 2 twins, a full bath and a ''kid's family room'' with 2 futons and a flat screen TV. These bedrooms are sunny, pristine and very nicely decorated with Cape decor.

Over the garage is a wonderful additional guest space with a queen bed, queen sofa bed, kitchenette with island, 1/2 bath, balcony and an outdoor shower. A 2 car garage for bikes, beach equipment, golf clubs, fishing rods and more.

Relaxing family vacation at this beautiful home!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the Cape in this beautifully designed and decorated new home. The layout was excellent for a large family and the finished space over the garage allowed extra privacy for guests. The home was immaculate with a well-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful selection of beach supplies in the garage (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) Close to Nauset Beach but also close to town, this location is perfect. Sitting on the patio and enjoying the beautiful yard and evenings on the spacious screened-in porch were just what we needed to unwind. We would highly recommend this property to others. Wish we could have stayed longer!
