The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and two more on the lower level. It’s a great layout for multi-generational groups or two families traveling together. And there is a wonderful deck on one side of the house and large patio on the other for outdoor living. In addition, there is plenty of yard space for the kids to enjoy. There is also a terrific outdoor shower just off the garage.

The remodeled home offers all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation – AC, newly remodeled kitchen with high end appliances and granite counter tops, high end flat screen TV’s and comfortable new furniture throughout.

This property has a seven night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and a $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
