Nestled in a beautiful East Orleans neighborhood you'll find this newly remodeled 5-bedroom home. It’s a great Cape escape that's just a few minutes from the sweeping sands of world famous Nauset Beach.

Indoor living space
You're sure to relax and enjoy the updated furnishings throughout this home, especially the renovated, fully equipped kitchen with its high-end appliances and granite counters. You have your choice of a drip coffee maker or a Keurig.  There are two separate dining areas here. Check out the spacious great room with plenty of lounge seating and a big, wall mounted Smart/Apple TV.  The lower level has another TV lounge plus a kitchenette with a wine fridge and sink. Split units provide customized climate control throughout the house.  There's high speed WiFi, too, of course. 

Outdoor living space
This home was built with outdoor enjoyment in mind, from the large patio to the level lawn, ideal for kids to run and play safely.  Fire up the large gas grill and dine outside at the umbrella shaded patio table. After a day at the beach, rinse off sand and salt in the handy outdoor shower, an inexplicably pleasurable Cape Cod experience. Another outdoor living space you will thoroughly enjoy: the screened porch at the front of the house.  

Sleeping accommodations
The bedroom configurations here work well for most guest groups.  On the main level, you have three bedrooms, two with queens and one with a big king size bed. The lower level serves up two more bedrooms, one with another king, the other with a pair of comfy twins. There's a full bath on the lower level and on the main level a full bath plus a half bath.
