    Best house ever rented!

    We have rented this house every year for approximately 12+ years. We would never go anywhere else. It is a comfortable house with all the amenities you could ask for. It is centrally located to everything and everywhere. It's just perfect. Mark is the perfect host and we could not ask for anyone better. He has always allowed us to bring our dogs, which has been wonderful. We could not recommend a better place to stay while visiting the Cape.

    Mark lives in the neighboring town of Brewster and selectively rents his house to summer vacationers. It is important for the owner that guests have a positive rental experience. To that goal, strong emphasis is put on cleaning at time of turnover; property maintenance, and personalized guest service.

    Terrific location; beautiful neighborhood. Wooded & private corner lot with two driveways on separate streets; open circular floor plan on one-level of living with good separation between bedrooms; large sunny back deck with built-in fireplace; well-equipped kitchen; bright and comfortable living space; hardwood floors throughout; laundry with sink; outdoor shower. Everything you need. Pets considered.

    What is special about your town?
    E. Orleans is perhaps the Town of Orleans' most prestigious area, enjoying upscale privacy and convenient access to center of town. Orleans is the gateway to the Outer Cape and home to famous Nauset Beach on the ocean side, and Skaket Beach on the Cape Cod Bay side. The town is conveniently located roughly midway between Hyannis and P-town. Orleans a small commercial hub in its own right, offering numerous shopping and dining choices, including several grocery stores.
