The outside of this home reflects what summer vacation is all about. Your group (both big & small) will love creating in the large, level backyard (yard games included), and relaxing in the newly installed 13x8 foot plunge/cocktail pool (pictures coming Spring 2023)! After rinsing off in the outdoor shower, relaxing on the patio after a day at the beach will become the norm during your stay. Pick a spot around the outdoor dining table or on the plush outdoor couches while you wait for dinner to be prepared on the large gas grill. Round out your night sitting by a fire around the fire pit counting fireflies in the lush tree line.

The interior of this home has been fully renovated. The modern, wonderfully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious culinary creations at home. From lobster pot and crackers, a panini maker and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances nothing has been overlooked. There is even a small TV in the kitchen so you can watch your favorite shows while you cook! Once dinner is served, everyone gather together around the spacious dining room table or ample kitchen island.

The kitchen, dining area and living room create a large open public space with generous seating, gas fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen tv. The primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite full bath with walk-in tile shower and washer dryer is located on the main floor as well. An additional main level bathroom with tiled walk-in shower has been recently added making fights over who gets the shower first non-existent.The basement level of the home boasts a fun recreation area with comfortable seating and large flat screen tv.This level also includes a bedroom with two twins and a queen sleeper sofa.

The second floor includes two bright bedrooms. Both rooms feature a plush queen bed with sleeping for two people per room. These rooms have brand new mini split AC units perfect for hot summer nights and wall mounted flat screen tv’s. Off the kitchen, above the garage is a media room featuring home theatre seating with short throw projector, 100-inch screen and full size bed. Clean, bright & packed with all the comforts of home, the Compass Rose is the perfect East Orleans getaway for you and your vacation crew!
