The newly renovated 4 bedroom home sleeps 10 comfortably (2 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins) and has 3 ½ baths. The first floor master bedroom is en suite. The 4th bedroom is in a separate living area and contains a new bathroom, a bedroom (4 twins) and separate living room— perfect for the kids to get away. The grownups can enjoy a beautiful open floor plan with den, living room, breakfast nook and 3 season porch for their own getaway. Prepare meals together in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoy the outdoor grill after a long beach day. The house has central A/C to get away from the summer heat, or escape to the three season porch to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. Shower off the beach in our brand new outdoor shower—the best part of summer!

The house is only 7/10 of a mile to the white sands and beautiful sunsets of the shark-free Skaket Beach on the Bay side! You can walk to the secluded part of Skaket beach using a private access path and avoiding the crowds. Convenient to attractions such as the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, freshwater ponds, Nickerson State Park, golf, many great restaurants, Orleans’ own brewery, and delicious ice cream. Bring your bikes, kayaks, surfboards, fishing poles and tennis rackets.
