This immaculate, tastefully decorated, sun-filled, Greek-revival style Cape house is in a historic neighborhood settled by sea captains, dating back to the 1700’s. The newly constructed house with high end amenities was designed with style and comfort in mind. Situated on over an acre of pastoral lawn, Blueberry Hill has calming views and plenty of indoor/outdoor space to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. The layout is an open floor plan, paired with a gracious deck, farmer’s porch, and a screened-in porch with ceiling fan to enjoy evening dinners.
Two master bedrooms with king beds both have expansive attached bathrooms with heated floors. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th has two doubles and a twin. The latter two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a private shower area. All this leading to comfortable sleeping for 10. There is an additional apartment for rent upon inquiry.
Additionally, there is an open upstairs loft with a 75” TV that provides a great area for family movies, puzzles, or just a place for the kids to hang out. There is an outdoor shower to enjoy the open Cape Cod sky and a shed full of lawn toys, including games like corn hole, bocce ball, ladder ball, Can Jam, etc. for your pleasure.
Kids and adults alike will love the new barn and game room in the loft - ping pong, air hockey or movies! Also included are bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach chairs.
The house comes with Wifi, has central AC. and a fully outfitted kitchen. A luxurious way to experience Orleans!
Walk down to Snow Shore Landing (.2 miles) to kayak or paddle board over to a private section of Nauset Beach and explore all the inlets or take a walk on a number of connected trails. If you enjoy bird-watching, this is a fabulous location!
Bike or drive to the main entrance of lifeguard protected Nauset Beach, do some boogie boarding or skim boarding, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the protected National Seashore and it's pristine beaches.
Discover the quaint downtown of Orleans for dining, galleries, shopping, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or the theater.
Drive to Crystal Lake for some freshwater swimming or paddle boarding.
Explore Rock Harbor and its chartered fishing fleet, the Skaket Beach tidal flats, or the many hiking and biking trails at Nickerson State Park. Watch the Firebirds play baseball in a Norman Rockwell setting, or listen to a variety of live music around town - all very convenient!
