Crystal Lake is an easy 3 minute walk and is perfect for a peaceful morning paddle board or swim. Kent's Point, a popular and scenic dog-friendly conservation area with easy trails, is a short walk from the house. It is also an easy walk to Arey's Pond where catboats, kayaks and stand up paddle board rentals can be rented to explore Pleasant Bay.

In addition to its enviable location, the home itself also offers many delightful features. The newly added outdoor shower offers scenic nature views of Lonnie's Pond and the natural woods around the home - it's incredible! In addition to various new furnishings, the first floor has been freshly painted in neutral colors, kitchen is renovated with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances, and the bathrooms have been updated. A new half bath on the first floor will be added Winter 2021.

Well-designed with three generously sized bedrooms, this home offers plenty of sleeping space for your family. The first floor oversized Master suite features a new King size bed and updated ensuite bath, French doors that lead directly to the back deck, and an attached three season porch. Overlooking Overlooking Lonnie's Pond, the three season porch offers indoor and outdoor seating (including sleeper sofa) as well as private access to the newly built outdoor shower.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shared full bath. The queen bedroom includes a love seat for reading and a desk/chair with water views of Lonnie's Pond for those that may need to work from home. The third bedroom is an oversized room with a double bed and two twin beds. A desk and chair overlooking salt water Lonnie's Pond provides a location for work and or studying in this space as well. The entire home has central air conditioning. Additional portable fans are located in each bedroom closet for those that like additional air flow or white noise or sleeping.
