Just listed April 2021. Enjoy your vacation on Cape Cod this summer at our beach house located on a dead-end street near the end of Tonset Road. You'll be able to relax surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a park-like setting for your perfect get away.

Inside, a large kitchen with granite countertops with plenty of space for meal prepping and everything you need, right at your fingertips. The open, social kitchen flows into an eating area, and then into the family room for all to gather. In addition, the front living room provides a little separation for reading or talking amongst friends and family. There is a separate dining room accessed from the kitchen for additional seating.

Through the sliding glass doors off the eating area is a spacious deck for outdoor sitting, relaxing, or eating. A new washer and dryer are located in the large mudroom that has access to the back deck and outdoor shower. There is also a gas grill for your outdoor barbecues.

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor with a large en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms. The first bedroom on your left has a queen and full bed. To the right are two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed with a desk and the second has 3 twin beds with a couch and TV. For indoor entertainment there is a ping pong table and pool table in the basement.

Complimentary use of 2 kayaks located a short walk away near the association dock. Enjoy walks in the neighborhood to public water access points; Asa Landing and Tonset Road both just a 1/2 mile away. Nauset Beach is just a short drive, and town is within easy reach for shopping, dining, and necessities.

Great property

This was a beautiful property, great location. The house lovely inside and out. The outside was very relaxing with great landscaping. The whole family had a great vacation.

Beautiful, spacious home in Orleans

We loved our stay at Joe and Kerry's home in Orleans. The home is immaculate and incredibly spacious. It is a short drive to Nauset and Skaket beaches as well as many great restaurants, ice cream places, and coffee shops. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The backyard, deck, and outdoor shower are perfect for a Cape vacation. The association dock/town cove across the street from the home has beautiful sunsets. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had while we were staying at their home. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was the perfect getaway for our family and is a great house for children. Cannot say enough great things about this home! We look forward to coming back next summer. show more show less

Hi I'm Joe Coffey. My wife and I have been coming to the Cape for over 30 years after discovering it while going to college in Boston. We previously had a house on the Cape in Brewster that we rented for ten years and also enjoyed time there with our family. Last year we purchased this beautiful location in Orleans and are listing our house for rent this summer for the first time. We have spent the last 6 months working on making our new beach home into another beautiful summer escape. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What is special about this property?
What we love about this house is the wonderful neighborhood it is located in. The private setting with a large deck that overlooks a stunning garden of flowering plants will immediately provide a relaxing environment. We enjoy walks to the end of Tonset Road where you can take in beautiful views over Tonset Cove to Nauset beach. Water access from a private association pathway is just steps away where you can explore the Cove on kayaks. Our favorite beach, Nauset Beach, is just a quick drive away.
