Just want to express our thanks & appreciation for the beautiful home you have and in which me made so many memories. We love the Cape. Have been vacationing for 23 years. Our kids one and only request when it comes to planning vacation....is the Cape. Your house fit our every check list. In Orleans where we also travel back to no matter where we rent (Brewster, Chatham, etc) the bedroom with AC was perfect for my daughter (19) and her visiting LSU college friends that week. My disabled son (24) picked the room upstairs and we took the master. My middle son had his friends coming for a day here and there cause well they have to work LOL and the two bedrooms off the kitchen with the bathroom right there worked perfectly for all, especially us.

We had many night chats outside with all these kids by the fire pit with blankets, smores, and laughs. Did skaket and nauset in the mornings and pool hot tub and yard games (corn hole of course LSU colors). Spike ball, ping pong battles, frisbee).

Your extra large dining table had dinner gatherings almost every night and game nights (uno, Risk. Gin rummy, war, etc) this meme card game lots of fun. Many Meals cooked with the kids. I'm from NY and we had some southern kids who like their food spicy like Texas and Louisiana hot....so some taught me some new recipes. As you can see we had the time of our lives since we've been unable to since 2019 and your home, location, decor, and wonderful neighbors (we did hot people walk each morning to the end of your road and back 1.6 miles and an evening stroll) and meet the cutest 4 legged dogs all week.

What a great house for a large family with various ages of children. Safe and fun for all ages. Great location for many daily activities.
