    Gorgeous modern home with amazing views

    My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jill's home. The views were just gorgeous and serene and Jill was so accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The space is modern, spacious and well stocked with anything you might need. Even though the space is located on the bottom level of Jill's home, we found it still very private and she didn't mind our kids making noise or anything. In the end, we made great friends with Jill and would love to stay again any time.

    After living in a few different places on the mid-Cape, I've finally built my dream home on
    Uncle Seth's Pond. I'm happy to share the large, private lower level with its own
    porch with a view.
    I know quite a bit about the Cape by now, and am happy to give you any information or suggestions
    you need.

    What is special about this property?
    You'll be living in a tree house -- in a bird sanctuary! 10 minutes from Orleans center and the same distance
    from Harwich for shopping. It is absolutely unique.

    What is special about your town?
    Orleans has both ocean and bay beaches and many ponds.
    Tennis courts, library, lovely shops, Firebirds baseball games, the Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park.
    Each Cape town has its own special charm -- and beaches.
    Lots to explore, including museums, concerts and free recreational activities in the National Seashore.
