This beautiful Cape home awaits you and your family and friends. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a large deck with a gas grill, and a one acre yard make this home, called Dove Cottage, a vacation paradise.

The wonderful open concept ground floor provides delightful spaces indoors and outdoors for entertaining. A favorite of ours and our guests is the large – almost 800 sq foot -- deck along the back of the house. It is surrounded by landscaping for privacy and easy access thru sliding doors . The outdoor shower is off the deck. The back yard offers lots of play space.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. For coffee drinkers, there is both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. A Weber, three-burner gas grill on the deck is perfect for outdoor cookouts. For cooks you will find herbs growing in the garden for your picking. Since 2016, we have purchased all new appliances in the kitchen, and new washer and dryer downstairs.

This 2200 square foot home sleeps eight! There are two ground floor bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with two twins. There is a hall bathroom near these bedrooms. Two second floor bedrooms: one (master) with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, and one with two twins and its own hallway bathroom.

There is air conditioning throughout the house - we added a ductless air conditioner that cools the living, dining and kitchen area, family/tv room and the master bedroom. Each of the other bedrooms have window air conditioning.

An easy walk to Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, just one mile away. Or a short drive to Skaket Beach or Rock Harbor on the Cape Cod Bay side. In the garage, you'll find beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Enjoy peaceful walks along Cedar Land and Samoset, and enjoy views of the Atlantic along the way!

Renters supply their own linens and towels; we supply pillows and blankets. If you don't want to bring your own, there are services in the area that can supply them for you. read more show less
