What a location! This home is situated at the extreme west end of Town Cove, providing an elevated, one-of-a-kind view up the entire length of the town’s extraordinary inland waterway. Naturally, the view is the focus here, from the beautiful stone patio, as well as from most interior spaces. The property overlooks the Orleans Yacht Club so there are generally plenty of boats of all types dotting the Cove and making the view that much more compelling. You can easily launch your own boat at the town landing, right next to the Yacht Club, and sail or motor all the way up the Cove to the backside of famous Nauset Beach. The owner thoughtfully provides two kayaks for guest use. There is also a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower.

The home is a few minute's walk from the heart of Orleans Village with all its restaurants, shops, ice cream, Cape Cod League Baseball and the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.

The common living space in the home is very open and social. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a big farmer’s sink and stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range. There’s a beverage center (wine fridge) and a center island with high boy seating for six. The dining area has an unusually large table with seating for 10 with that sensational water view, of course. The comfy living room shares the same view as well, and has a large flat-screen TV with cable over the fireplace. Just off the living room there’s a sunroom with probably the best view of all of the water. There is also a laundry room and half bath in this part of the house.  The common space has beautiful hardwood floors throughout. 

There are three bedrooms on the main level, starting with the master bedroom suite with a big king size bed, TV and a full private bath (his and hers). The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. While most of the living space in this house is on the main level, there is a partially finished lower level with additional sleeping including a full size double bed and a twin.

Here you’ll also find a half bath. In all, the home has three full baths and two half baths. There is central air conditioning.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a $125 reservation fee and a $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length which total 14.45%.
