The heart of the home is in the kitchen and living area that leads to the upper level deck, with a grill perfect for a cookout after a day well spent at the beach. Speaking of the beach, no need to worry about getting a parking spot when it’s right in your backyard! Enjoy with ease beaching it everyday from the private path in the backyard. From Priscilla's you can also easily walk in about 10 minutes along the cove and over the dune to the beautiful North side of Nauset Beach. Or if you prefer to drive to Nauset Beach, it's just a 5 minute ride, or cruise through town to the bay side to Rock Harbor or Skaket Beaches.

The location of this property is not only exceptional for its scenic views, but it’s also just a short drive away from the center of town! This home is perfect for those looking to escape to the Cape while being in a central location for fun activities with the family!
