This central Orleans location is 2 miles from both the ocean (Nauset Beach) and the warm bay waters of Skaket Beach (perfect for kids!). Space to dine together and enjoy peaceful mornings in the yard and afternoons in the screened-in porch. Walkable to Friends Market (groceries+ great wine selection), Main Street shops, ice cream, and the famous Firebirds summer baseball!

This a wonderful place for a family or two families to vacation together! The neighborhood is full of locals and it's not a party spot, perfect for a beach getaway. Let yourself into the main entrance easily with a key code. There is a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware) with a big table with eight chairs. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with comfortable chairs and its own backyard entrance. This home has a Primary Queen bedroom suite upstairs off the kitchen area, which includes a workspace (desk) and a private bathroom.

Moving through the house next is the dining room, with a smaller table and 5 more chairs. Two bedrooms are accessed through the dining room on the first floor. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms share a hall bathroom. Next there is a comfortable living room with a couch and chairs and a TV (with streaming) for relaxing. Upstairs from there are two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and a second with a Full size bed and a TV, these bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

Outside in the lovely yard you will find an outdoor shower for your use as well. The yard has mature plantings and is private, and this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We will provide staples like soap, toilet paper, bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels, pillows & blankets.
Guests will need to provide their own bed sheets and bath/beach towels. There is clothes washer and dryer available to guests in the kitchen area. Linens available through great local linen service: https://furiescapecodlinenrentals.com.

There is AC in the living room, and each bedroom not dining room or kitchen. The house has great WIFI and extended cable.

Important house rules: No pets, No smoking, No fires inside/out, Not a party house.
