This secluded beauty sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms and offers panoramic views of the largest (43-acre) freshwater lake in Orleans. The house's wide deck is off the main level and makes the most of the views and provides comfortable seating, a large outdoor dining table and convenient gas grill. A shaded path leads to the private association beach where the family can swim, fish or launch rented kayaks to explore the lake. You’ll also enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower, a Cape Cod summer tradition. After the sun goes down, the outdoor living continues around the fire pit overlooking the lake. S’mores anyone?
Inside, the generous living space includes a family room with gigantic floor-to-ceiling atrium windows that showcase the stunning water views. Here you’ll relax and enjoy a 60-inch flat screen Smart TV and extended Comcast cable service you can use to sign into your own Netflix account. There are actually four separate lounge areas in this house, including one on the lower level with a full size pocket billiards table and yet another TV.  So there is plenty of room for a larger group to spread out and never feel pinched for space.

The open social kitchen is beautifully equipped, including a small 27-inch Smart TV for the cooking crew and kibitzers seated at the counter. Between the kitchen and the lounge with the immense windows, there is an informal dining area that seats six. A separate, more formal dining room seats up to eight with ease. 

The main floor is also home to the laundry room with washer and dryer. Of course the home is centrally air conditioned and provides high-speed Wi-Fi.

For sleeping, the main floor provides an oversized master bedroom with a king size bed. It also features a full private bath en suite, complete with Jacuzzi as well as a step-in shower. Occupants of the large, main level twin bedroom use the full bath right across the hall. 

On the upper level you have three bedrooms. One has an Olympia Queen, slightly larger than a standard queen. The other two bedrooms house a standard queen and another pair of comfy twins, respectively.

Overall, this property has the look and feel of an English country house, only with all the leading edge technology, comfort and conveniences. And you’re just a short drive from either bayside or ocean beaches, not to mention the many dining, shopping and entertainment venues Orleans has to offer.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
