I grew up in Massachusetts and love spending time on the Cape and love that my kids are now enjoying the Cape as much as I did as a child. We are delighted to host you and your friends and families, and we hope you will enjoy the Cape as much as we do.

What is special about this property?
We love the tranquility we feel when we're at home. We have 1 acre of land in the backyard that overlooks a salt marsh where we always see rabbits and birds while we're grilling, dining outside, entertaining friends and family, and playing in the yard. After a long day at the beach, it's relaxing to be indoors on the couch or the window seat that overlooks the yard and cool off with central AC.

What is special about your town?
We chose Orleans MA because it is the perfect place for families. The tide goes out for miles at Skaket Beach at low tide, and our kids play happily and safely in the shallow water. It is walkable and bike-able (we spent 6 months here without a car) with plenty of beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, ice cream shops, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking path, and more nearby.
