Be one of the first to stay in this rejuvenated beach house directly on Cape Cod Bay in Orleans. Situated in between Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor, the house offers timeless water views and sunsets over the water each night. Just walk 30 seconds down the path to the beach. Go exploring on the flats at low tide or frolic in the warm bay waters at high tide. 

The house has been totally renovated and has all the modern creature comforts. The fully equipped and well-designed kitchen features a large island with stool seating. There’s also a small table for casual meals along with a more prominent dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The water side of the house is all sliding glass doors flooding the room with natural light and, of course, a water view back drop. The living area flows out to the spacious deck and the bay beyond. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and features a King bed and gorgeous private bathroom. The main level is rounded out with laundry and a half bath. 

Upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, all with queen beds. There’s a final sleeping area with two sets of bunks as well. There are two newly renovated full baths upstairs to serve the bedrooms upstairs.

When you need a break from the beach, walk over to Rock Harbor to catch a fishing charter for a day or half day. Or, let pros handle it and buy some fresh seafood at the market right at the harbor. A quick bike ride brings you into Orleans center for coffee, dining and shopping. There’s a rail trail intersection here too to take you out to Eastham and Wellfleet to the north and Brewster to the south.
