Set on nearly an acre of wooded land, your vacation at Pond View offers both serenity and easy access to all that Orleans has to offer. This 4 bedroom home overlooks a seasonal Kettle Pond, complete with a permanent flock of Mallard ducks.

Bay and Ocean beaches are less than a 10 minute drive or an easy bikeride away. It is even closer to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Slightly further afield is the Marconi Wireless Station and the 1,000 acre Audubon Sanctuary in Eastham.

The Lily View easily sleeps 8 guests. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, two bed rooms on the second floor, and a separate, private primary bedroom. The property boasts two living rooms and a modern updated kitchen.

The private front lawn offers plenty of space for a game of corn hole or croquet. There is a lovely deck area in the back, with gas grill and outdoor shower. Eat an al fresco dinner in the screened in gazebo or wile away an afternoon napping and reading in the hammock.

Looking for something else to do? The Town of Orleans has much to offer. With its numerous, shops, a great bookstore, galleries and markets there is always someplace to explore. Grab an ice cream after a day at the beach at The Ice Cream Café. Don’t feel like cooking dinner? Eat out every night, and you still won’t be able to try every restaurant. And if it rains, you can always take the family to The Alley for candle pin
bowling or head to the Charles Morre Arena for ice skating.
