Want to spend most of the summer on the Cape ? This has GREAT availability to do so as this is first summer renting for owner who recently decided to do so. Set in desirable "Crocker Lane" area is less than 2/10 mile to wonderful private association beach (pick up your beach chairs at the rack just before the beach) or you can walk down the path to Myricks Pond for quiet moments if you've had enough sun & salt! The home is also about a half mile to the historic Brewster General Store and even closer to restaurants and shops. Inside you will find a custom kitchen with granite counters & island for morning coffee, a first floor laundry room, large living room with door to patio (there is, of course, a grill, fire pit, outside shower & more outside) that is open to an ample dining room. There is a first floor primary (queen bed) with ensuite bath and a den with pull out (this is the 4th bedroom) queen sofa and a hall bath. Upstairs you will find a king size bedroom with private full bath and another king size bedroom with toddler bed and a full bath in hallway. There is also central air for comfort and responsible pet owners are welcome with their well behaved dog.
