Perfect spot for a family with young kids. We had a blast at paine's creek beach. The house had everything we needed for our kids to have fun!

This homes prime location was ideal for our Cape Cod adventures. Set on a tiny, quiet, dead end street we were able to enjoy beautiful walks to restaurants and stores. It was a short distance away from parks, the bay, and Nauset light. Inside was very clean and comfortable. It almost has a cabin like feel to it which made for a cozy stay. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We did not use the wood stove but it's an added bonus. Overall I would highly recommended this house and hope to be back next year!

Beautiful house and convenient! We loved that our dogs were able to stay with us, made us feel even more at home. The house was very clean and comfortable!

Outstanding fall vacation!
Frond door lock not working well. Needs a locksmith to check it out. However, this was very minor. Excellent vacation house. Will definitely return!

This was the perfect location for our family of four. Plenty of space for our young kids ans super close to the beach and rail trail. We were very happy with the responsiveness of Drew and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, great location and excellent hosts
We spent 4 days here and loved it. The home is very comfortable and a great location. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts have thought of all the little extras like a fire pit, outdoor chairs and a deck. Loved having the 2 bathrooms one on each floor so when upstairs at night didn't have to come downstairs. The hosts were great with communication and offered us an extra night at a discount which we happily took advantage of. They gave us recommendations of places to eat, all of which were excellent. There is a wonderful little cafe at the end of the lane called The Peacemaker that has excellent breakfasts and lunches. Definitely check out the Brewster General store, it is a step back in time, and don't forget to stop by JT's for ice cream.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed this property. Lots of large rooms to spread out and nice light from skylights and sun room. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and feel at home. Close to everything in Brewster and lovely yard for relaxing.

Perfect for a long weekend trip with a group of friends. Cozy and homie house with all we needed for our stay in the cape!

This rental was great. Very spacious and clean. Had a nice little side yard area with a fire pit. The house is near the end of a dead end road, so felt very safe and secluded, but at the same time very close (within waking distance) to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also walkable to the beach! We had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

We loved staying here! My kids had a blast in the yard on the swings and scoping out all the cool sculptures. The inside was big enough to comfortably fit my family of five and my husband was able to get work done in the office. Do keep in mind that this home is humble and has been in the family for a long time, so if you are looking for a fresh, modern, newly renovated home this will not suit you. But the yard has lots of character, everything we needed inside and an outdoor shower which was lovely.

Loved the swing out front under the big trees, very private street and so quite. Enjoyed our stay.

The front yard has a cute swing and side yard has picnic table and fire pit which was fun to use.

Spacious and comfortable space for our family of 4. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was adequately stocked, though, the fridge is on the old side and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher. It felt like an older home with plenty of history. Internet was fast and reliable. Communication with Drew was always fast and courteous. Shortly after we arrived, there was a big storm and most of Cape Cod had lost power. Luckily we did not and I appreciated that Drew contacted us to make sure that we were fine in the house. Location was central to everything we wanted to see in the Cape and we were on a quiet street.

The layout of this place is perfect for traveling with family - a big space to come together and ample bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware, and a gas stove made cooking nice and easy. This was my first stay in Brewster and the family loved the nearby beaches and food spots. Highly recommend this spot.

We loved this home in Brewster. Very spacious, all the cooking items needed. AC in every bedroom, out door grill, tables great for sitting and eating. Comfortable living room. Close to Resturant, walking distance to beach, bike rental and fish market. I would definitely stay here again.

Older house but has been well maintained. It's in a great location near the visitor center for Cape Cod National Seashore and Coast Guard Beach. It's about 45 minutes to P-town. Window unit A/C units worked great in bedrooms. Cool and comfy sleep. No A/C in living room and kitchen. Heatwave made it a bit uncomfortable in those rooms but able to retreat to bedrooms. Drew was quick with communication/responses. Would stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Brewster. The house was very clean and nice inside and provided plenty of space for us including our toddler. The outside space was unique with metal decorations placed all around the property. There is a little deck off the back overlooking a small pond. A tree swing out front and a fire pit area. The outside could use some sprucing up but we still enjoyed them. The house is within walking distance to some great restaurants. The beach would be a long walk. We chose to drive. Brewster is a great town.

Drew is an excellent host providing a relaxing atmosphere for this wonderful home. The location is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on the quite porch away from it all while still being within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. We will certainly look forward to returning one day. Thanks Drew!

The house is in a great location and was as described. The house was in a great condition, everything was clean and has ample parking. There was ample toiletries and linens. The pillows were great too! When something was missing, we reached out to Drew and he was prompt with his responses. The location is close by to beaches and great restaurants.

My family of three had a wonderful stay at this charming saltbox on the Cape. The layout is comfortable, indoors and out. It has both privacy and proximity. We were able to keep to ourselves (Covid) yet were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops when needed. Brewster itself was a treat with lots of beautiful beaches, parks, and trails to explore.

My family and I had an amazing trip. There are so many little pockets to enjoy. The space itself was very lovely. We took advantage of the fire pit each night. It was a great place to refresh and we will be back soon!
