Comfortable and quiet home, located on a private lane overlooking conservation land, is available for your Cape Cod vacation. Two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one full, 2 half-baths), slate patio with natural gas grill, outdoor shower, and all the amenities you need to feel at home. Walk-out finished basement with lots of natural light and A/C, streaming TV service in living room and basement, A/C in bedrooms, and WiFi. Bonus sleeping area in the walk-out basement - daybed with 1/2 bath. We also have an electric piano (Yamaha Arius YDP-142) for musical guests!

Only 1/3 of a mile to Ridgevale Beach, the premier family-friendly beach on Nantucket Sound. Cockle Cove Beach is close-by.

Travel three miles on Route 28 to downtown Chatham, and enjoy shopping, dining, Lighthouse Beach, Chatham Fish Pier, Chatham Seaside Links golf course, and more. Close to access points to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a great place to bicycle, jog, or walk your dog.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome with permission.

Please bring your own sheets and towels. We provide blankets and pillows. Bed sizes are: full in main bedroom; 2 twins in second bedroom; twin daybed in walk-out basement; queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Weekly Price indicated on the calendar includes cleaning fee and trash removal. The Weekly Price indicated on the calendar does not include the following required fees: non-refundable fee of $200/dog/week if your dog will join you; non-refundable 14.45% lodging tax; and a security deposit of $350 that is refundable if all's fine with your check-out. Book with 1/2 of the Weekly Price; balance plus security due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3pm on Saturday afternoon of your arrival date; check-out time is 9am on Saturday morning of your departure date.

    Amazing Family Friendly Rental

    This house was perfect for our family of 4, which included an infant and toddler, and our small dog. It was more spacious than anticipated and had everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was just an added bonus. Margaret was also super easy to work with to get our stay booked and with any questions we had. If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood that's close to a kid friendly beach, this spot was perfect.

    This is a lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home. The location is serene and private - exactly what I was looking for this vacation. Also, the house is just a quick 5 min. walk to Ridgevale beach, which is a terrific family beach! It really felt like a home away from home as everything was well-stocked - they thought of everything. Margaret was responsive and easy to work with. I can't say enough about this Chatham gem!

    Great week on Cape!

    We had a great stay. The location was really great with just a quick walk to the beach; although not super walkable to any town area/restaurants. Only complaint was more to do with the beach itself - it was so seaweed-y a couple days we had to walk through close to 10 ft of seaweed to even get to the water!

    Outside of that the home was spacious and very clean. Everything we could need was provided. The only con was due to how buggy the general neighborhood was (located next to conservation land) we couldn't really take advantage of outdoor space without being eaten by mosquitos. Generally we had a very enjoyable stay with our pup & would return! Margaret was so easy to chat with and replied very quickly. show more show less

We are now offering our home to you so you can enjoy all the great things that make summers on Cape Cod special -- the beach, the seafood, fishing, boating, whale watching, Cape Cod League Baseball, cycling the Cape Cod Rail Trail... come have fun!

    What is special about this property?
    The absolute best thing about this place is that it's walking distance to Ridgevale Beach, one of the best beaches for families, hands-down! Our place is dog-friendly, so we welcome your well-behaved dog. We're also close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Short 'n Sweet ice cream, and Marion's Pie Shop.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham has great beaches, great food, the Chatham A's, and a fabulous stretch of the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
