Great home. Great location. Great host.

Had a wonderful February weekend at Sip of Sunshine with our group of 7 friends. We loved that the home had enough privacy for everyone, as well as great common space for us to gather together. We enjoy Chatham shopping/restaurants and the house was super convenient to easily access our favorite spots.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Absolutely fantastic trip!

Sip of Sunshine was the perfect location for our girls trip! The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. JC was very helpful when it came to the house and recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall it was a great weekend away!

Sip of Sunshine was the perfect home for our family getaway. It was just what we were looking for. JC greeted us and took the time to walk me through the home so we would have a hassle-free time. The home is not only spacious but also was very well appointed to handle a small celebration dinner. JC was not only accommodating but also very responsive to all inquiries. We could not have ask for anything better!

My friends and I stayed at Sip of Sunshine for a girl's getaway trip to escape our crazy mom lives back home. It was the perfect home to unwind, relax and enjoy all of the fun things the cape has to offer. The home was clean, well equipped with everything we may need, and the outdoor pool area was perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The location was central to all of the cool restaurants and bars we visited, and it was extremely easy to get an Uber if we wanted to do so. The Sonos sound system throughout the house was a great addition - as well as the cool garage gym we used for working out. The owner was extremely helpful and available for all of our questions and very willing to help with making plans. We can't wait to re-rent this home next summer if available!

We had the most amazing girls trip at Sip of Sunshine! The house is soo dreamy, and JC couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. From our first phone call to when we showed up, he gave us tons of recommendations, we were met with wine and a tour of the house and surrounding areas. This gorgeous house is a short walk to a quiet beach, where we enjoyed wine and watched the sunsets. The house is equipped with everything you need (inside and out!!) to enjoy yourself, and you really don't need to leave the house to have an amazing vacation.

You can tell this house means a great deal to this family, and for good reason. We didn't have any issues, but I'm confident if we did JC would've solved them in a matter of minutes.

Great place to stay on Cape! Very close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Open and airy with lots of space for everyone in our family. Nicely appointed kitchen where I was able to cook delicious family meals. Enjoyed sitting outside on the decks with family to enjoy coffee and the quiet outdoor setting. Nicely decorated bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our teenage boys enjoyed working out it in the garage gym.

We would HIGHLY recommend Sip of Sunshine. SOS is a beautiful home, full of Cape charm and warmth, despite its new, modern wrapping and amenities. My wife and I, along with our daughter, her husband, and their one-year-old son, loved this home. While we each enjoyed our own, private sleeping areas, we spent most of our time in the common spaces -- the large kitchen/dining area, the outdoor kitchen deck, the covered porch/breezeway, and the back yard/pool area. Our host, JC, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He greeted us upon our arrival, gave us a guided tour of the house and the surrounding neighborhood/beach areas, and made us feel immediately appreciated and comfortable.

We have been living on or visiting the Cape for 60+ years, always in East Orleans, near Nauset Beach, so we were a bit reluctant to give North Chatham a try. However, that apprehension soon faded. After our stay at SOS, we've decided that IT is the IDEAL vacation location on the LOWER Cape - just a short drive to the best beaches, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping that the Cape has to offer. LOVED the outdoor shower and pool area. Also - thank you for the welcome basket (beer and wine) and also for providing beach towels and beach chairs. Very much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at SOS, we highly recommend it to others, and we very much look forward to returning next year.

Sip of Sunshine was wonderful from start to finish! The best property vacation rental we have had in quite some time, on par with a rental we had on St. Barts and another in Napa.

JC provided great service in responding to our inquiry and questions prior to arrival. The check in process was a breeze and we appreciated getting to meet JC in person and take an inside and outside tour. We loved the personalized welcome sign, Sip of Sunshine cans and Whispering Angel. The Wifi, Sonos speaker system, AC and lighting were super simple to operate and made settling in easy. We enjoyed the provided bedding, pillow, and comforters - all really quality. The bathrooms were absolutely amazing dream bathrooms, couldn't ask for better on a vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with nice place settings, plates, bowls …etc. We were impressed with the Wolf Stove/Oven and all of the provided pans, pots, ..etc that def got some use. JC even offered us a lobster pot that we took advantage of. The Weber grill was perfect for our 4 lb prime ribeye from Nauset Farms - which fed the whole crew.

The saltwater pool was obviously a huge hit and was kept warm at the perfect temperature, even warm enough for our little ones under 3 to enjoy. We enjoyed hitting the beach in the morning then the pool throughout the afternoon and evening with the Sonos helping to set the Chatham vibe. We enjoyed the cornhole set - but didn't get into other games that were out there.

Location was excellent. We really enjoy being in North Chatham as you are close enough to Chatham downtown and Chatham Bars Inn / the fish market but can also easier swing north to Orleans / Nauset / Skaket. Getting a drink in the evening with our kids in tow was simpler at Wequasset at the outdoor bar, less of a scene, and not as long of a wait as Chatham Bars Inn.

Everyone liked the private association beach at Crows Pond and we even left our SUP down there for easy paddling access during the trip.

Sip of Sunshine was perfect and we will be back!

The Sip of Sunshine property is adorned with such character throughout. The home was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed to enjoy the space for the week. The pool was also a highlight - so clean and such a nice private back yard for relaxing and listening to music while floating in the pool. GREAT accommodations - I'd highly recommend this property for your next Cape vacation stay!
