This immaculate, newly renovated home is perched overlooking scenic Ryder’s Cove. The home has been completely remodeled to preserve its original character, yet with all the modern updates. Everything is new in the home: furnishings and bedding, kitchen and bathrooms. The home is well thought out and presents beautifully.

There are four bedrooms in the house with sleeping for up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed and private full bath. There is an additional bedroom on the main level with two twins, plus a full size double up in the loft space. This bedroom has a private full bath as well. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed, private bath and work station. There is also a window seat that overlooks the cove, a great spot to relax and enjoy the view! The final bedroom is on the lower level and houses two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four. There is a private bath for this bedroom as well. </span></span></span></span></p><br><p><span><span><span><span>Outside you'll find the new deck with ample living space that includes a gas grill, outdoor shower and new lounge furniture. Ryder's Cove is just across the street and great for charter fishing and kayaking (kayaks provided with the home). The property is located a little over a mile from the center of Chatham, and about a mile from several different beaches. The house is also close to Chatham Bars Inn and Wequassett for those attending events. The home is ideally suited for summer or off-season relaxation.</span></span></span></span></p><br><p><span><span><span><span>The property is located on Orleans Rd, which is Route 28. There is moderate traffic on this stretch of road. The outdoor living area is located at the rear of the house, so any impact from traffic is minimized.</span></span></span></span></p><br><p><span><span><span><span>Please enter in your travel dates for up-to-date pricing.
