Just up the hill from the beach, you can sneak peaks of Nantucket Sound from the front yard of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in South Chatham. Access the association beach via a path at the end of the road, or head over to Pleasant Street Beach to enjoy the gentle waves and southwesterly breezes coming off the Sound. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and both bathrooms were renovated within the past year. There is a large bedroom with two extra-long twin beds which can also be made into a king bed and two additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the house, one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bed. The backyard has a lovely deck complete with a dining table & umbrella for enjoying outdoor meals. Additional amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, washer, dryer, both gas and charcoal grills and enclosed outside shower.
