There is plenty of room to spread around the house. The main floor features the living room with a breakfast table and TV, a large dining room off the well-appointed kitchen, a sitting room with a TV and a half bathroom. The upper floor features two guest rooms (one with a queen and one with 2 singles), a full guest bathroom and the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. Above the garage and accessible by an outdoor staircase or a passageway through the primary bedroom closet is the fourth bedroom, with 1 queen and 2 single beds and an ensuite full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have ductless AC units, as well as the first floor living room and den. <br /> A short 2 mile drive brings you to one of the most magnificent and sought after villages on Cape Cod. Chatham is famous for its boutique shops and 5 star restaurants among many other natural attractions.
