Lovely four-bedroom home in wooded area. Large open living and dining room and open kitchen to dining room.. Very high ceiling with 2 levels of windows, so very light.

There is a grand piano in the living room. Folks are welcome to use it if they play, otherwise just keep covered. A slider from the dining area leads to the large deck. Kitchen is very well equipped.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one with a queen bed and the other with a double (full) bed. The second bedroom has a nice desk and a printer you are welcome to use. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

The lower level has a roomy den with comfortable seating and a game table--perfect for puzzles, card and board games. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full (double bed) and one has two twins. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower. The washer and dryer are also located in the lower level. There is a slider leading outside from the den.
<br /> The large deck has a dining table with chairs, 2 rockers, and a gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower on the other side of the house.<br /> <br /> A/C: The home has ductless split unit air conditioners in the main living area, the two first floor bedrooms, the lower level bedroom (closest to the slider) and the lower level den. (The second lower level bedroom with two twins does not have an a/c unit.)<br /> <br /> The home is just over a mile to Duck Pond (a little over a 20-minute walk per Google Maps; a few parking spaces with town beach sticker)--one of the town''s beloved freshwater ponds.
