HI! I am an actual Wellfleetian, born and raised. So, to state the obvious, I absolutely love Wellfleet! My husband I purchased this house when our daughter was a baby (20 years ago). We weren't looking to buy a second home but when this house came on the market we simply had to jump on it. I grew up in the house directly next door and my mother still lives in that home. For many years we rented this house and never used it for ourselves. Since our kids became teenagers, and wanted to get jobs in Wellfleet, we now use the house in July and August but are happy to share it the rest of the year!! We are very easy going and have had many families rent with us year after year.

What is special about this property?
Aside from the location, which is great, I absolutely love the deck and the living room. The house is not large but the open living room with a slider onto the very large deck make this a great house to hang out in. We absolutely love grilling and eating on the deck with family and friends. I also LOVE the outdoor shower. I find that I use it exclusively in July & August.

What is special about your town?
Wellfleet is an absolute gem! Yes, I am biased, but my biases have been confirmed by many. Some of the absolute best ocean and bay beaches. The kettle ponds are a must! Gallery hoping, shopping, ice cream, etc. The location of this house allows you to walk to town and not have to get in the car! I absolutely love walking to the Market Place and Hatch's to pick up dinner items. I drive so much for work and I love the break!
