The 400 square foot ''great room'' has just been professionally remodeled with a white painted beveled pine ceiling, bead-board wainscoting, and all new trim casing around the windows and doors. New dimmable LED recessed lights have been installed, as well as beamed Ragg uplighting, making for better movie night's with the family. A custom oak stairway leads to the completely remodeled second floor which has been retrofitted with different types of wood: rough sawn barn-board, bevelled knotty pine (left in their natural state), and a new red oak polyurethaned floor. This comfortable air-conditioned upstair's bedroom boast's a queen bed, two twin beds, a trundle bed, and a flat screen TV allowing for extended family overflow.
Relax in the air conditioned first floor master bedroom with king bed, ton's of closet space, and its own private master bath, designed with Kohler ''Memoir Series'' plumbing fixtures, tumbled marble tile, and additional wainscoting. Read a book or chill watching tv if you need to decompress, this is a perfect quiet space. A second guest bedroom on the first floor is perfect for parents or guests that might not be as mobile as they once were. The full bathroom on this floor is directly across the laundry area next to the guest bedroom.
If you love to fish for striped bass, marvel at the many types of shorebirds, wade in the tidal pools with the little ones at low tide, swim in the pristine warm water, sail, kayak, shellfish for oysters and littlenecks, or just kick back and read your favorite novel, this place is paradise. Having a bonfire on the beach at night under the stars is family connection time at its best-- Smores for the kids, cocktails for the grown-ups...nirvana. Listen for the owls hooting at night, or just check out all the fireflies in our backyard. This vacation spot will take you back in time.

Nickerson State Park is only a mile away if you are looking for a ''Vermont'' experience. Swimming in crystal-clear lakes providing quality Brook, Brown, and Rainbow trout, not to mention Coho Salmon, large and small mouth bass. Watch out for the ospreys competing for your trout.
You will be provided with your own pool key to our resort-style pool, unlike other condos in Brewster. We have 4 tennis courts and a clubhouse with an exercise room. Penny candy at the Brewster General Store is a must, probably the best fudge I've ever had. Great restaurants, a fabulous bakery, homemade donuts, a bookstore, two supermarkets, a hardware store all less than a block away.
I can also provide charter fishing trips to Billingsgate Shoals or Race Point on my 21' Hydra Sport center console fishing boat, 2 persons maximum.
