Bring the kids or grandkids down at low tide and watch them play and run, and use the included beach cart, toys and chairs to relax at the beach. Sunsets over the bay are a nightly treat. The large yard is also great for playing outdoors and you can enjoy meals at the picnic table. You can walk to Cobie's for ice cream and burgers or hop on the bike trail in just a few minutes, all while enjoying the peace of a private house on a quiet road. Other classic Cape Cod attractions such as golfing, whale watching and antique shops are all close by.

    Comfortable and convenient!

    This was our first rental at this home and we were so pleased with the cottage that we hope not only to come again but to secure an additional week!

    The cottage is beautifully set up and extremely well kept. Everything is comfortable - the kitchen is well stocked for utensils and pots, small appliances. Everything worked well. Having laundry in the cottage was an unexpected bonus.

    The bedrooms were comfortable and we had more than enough room to spread out in the evenings in the living room. The outside spaces were so nicely set up!

    We are looking forward to the opportunity to spent at least another week in 45 Partridge.     show more show less

    Recently renovated and great location

    What a great long weekend in Brewster! The house was recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Bruce, who manages the property, was easy to work with. The cottage is close to Linnell Landing and the rail trail, the best of both worlds. We highly recommend staying at this cottage!

    We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was so comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and quick walk to Linnell Landing Beach. The house was spotlessly clean and Bruce was wonderful, answered all our questions, and suggested places for dinner. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks!
