The house opens into a large the living room with flatscreen and a full window into the fully equipped kitchen. There is a Tub and shower inside and a roomy sundrenched outdoor shower just off the back kitchen door.

Down the Hallway find 3 rooms ( A queen master bedroom with air conditioner, two twin beds with air conditioner, and double with remote fan. Fans are throughout the house.

Step out into the secluded private backyard surrounded by woods. Picnic table and Umbrella with BBQ grill. New Washer and dryer in the basement.

Relax and enjoy old Cape Cod in this secluded beach home for families and grownups alike.
