We had such a lovely stay with our teen and young adult. There was plenty of space and we loved the character of the house! Convenient to park, rail trail, kayaking. Justine was such a pleasurable host. She was extremely responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed.

No fault of hers, there was a mechanical issue with the oven prior to our arrival. She made sure she called to let us know and she was prepared to replace it for our stay even though it was reparable if given more time. The work around was minor so we offered to use it as it was, she credited us for the inconvenience, which was not necessary but shows her character.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware including a lobster pot, and spices. We enjoyed the fire pit and serenity of the property and area, though we were just a few minutes away from plenty of things to do. Groceries and CVS were conveniently close as well, which we made several trips to. Close to both bay and ocean beaches! We will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

This was a magical spot for sure!
The house has incredible character and charm. There is a lot of space both up and downstairs and the pillows and bedding are so comfortable at the end of a long day at the beach.
Everything you needed was there- beach chairs, a cooler, coffee pot,towels…you name it!
We loved the trail into Nickerson and used it daily before leaving for the beach which was a quick drive or a nice walk or bike away. Our teens loved the fire pit and the game room and we all enjoyed watching the different birds in the backyard sanctuary through the large dining room window!
The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating before and during our stay!

This home was perfect for our family with teens and young adults. It would work easily as well for families with young children. It has a nice relaxed feel with plenty of space.
The home is in a great neighborhood location close to lots of amenities.
The owners communicated very well with us prior to our stay and were very responsive to questions we had during our stay.
Lots of room for teens to lounge and the game room was handy as we had some wet weather.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything needed.
Lots of games for families to enjoy.
There is a sunroom/work space downstairs with a pull out sofa. This worked well as a bedroom for one of our son's friends.
The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
