Come and relax in our cozy, Cape Cod home, located in a wonderful neighborhood off of 6A. This prime location is perfect for exploring all the Cape has to offer. We are close to bike trails, playgrounds, restaurants, Ocean Edge resort, beaches and more. 400 feet out our back door is a trail into Nickerson State Park, where you can take a 7 minute hike down to our favorite trails and pond, Flax Pond which is perfect for kids to go swimming. We're also 1 mile away from Crosby Landing Beach if you want to walk the flats at low tide or go swimming at high tide.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first floor has a charming living room with a big screen TV and sleeper sofa, kitchen, 2nd bathroom, laundry area, office space with a printer and another sleeper sofa. The best part of the first floor is the game room which has a dartboard and a pool table that converts to a ping pong table. The game room is especially nice if you have a rainy day. In addition, there is a dining area that connects to the living room and kitchen where you can look out the window and daydream or watch the birds while you eat. The outside has a firepit, swing-set, bbq and outdoor shower to clean the sand off after having an amazing day at the beach.

We also know what it's like to bring small kids on vacation, especially how much you have to pack, so we have left toys, books and games for the kids. If you're littles are more into arts and crafts we have a cabinet for them that is loaded with art materials for them to get creative. If safety is a concern you will be happy to hear that the house is located at the end of a cul-da-sac with some of the nicest neighbors. read more show less
