We were very lucky to come across Beth and Jay's house. We've been renting in Chatham for years but can truly say that this house was by far the best. Situated on a very quiet, private street it is conveniently just 5 minutes away from downtown Chatham and the fantastic Oyster Pond beach. The house has every convenience you may want and more: a beautiful open-concept professional chef's kitchen, sunny, comfortable living space, spa-like bathrooms, huge bedrooms, central air, a wonderful wrap-around deck for relaxing.

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Beth: she is incredibly responsive and accommodating, and we are so thankful to her for making sure we enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. We are looking forward to coming back soon! show more show less

We had a wonderful stay at Beth and Jay's home! It was clear that this home is well loved by the owners. When we pulled into the driveway I was thrilled to see gorgeous gardens filled with hydrangea, cat mint, peonies, roses, and more. The house itself was beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen and updated bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms were enormous. Each of the bedrooms had a closet system which made for easy organization. Stayed for a week with friends end of August '18. House was clean, spacious, modern and close to everything. I'll stay here again.

Great house on the edge of town, great lot, quiet but a quick drive to all that downtown Chatham has to offer. Wife loved the large completely renovated kitchen, cooked up a tasty 3 pound lobster one night. Bedrooms are large, central air, very clean. Had a wonderful time and plan to rent it again in 2017.

This house was cozy, charming with updated modern kitchen and bathroom that provided just a bit of luxury to the experience. It was amazingly well equipped from the kitchen, to beach chairs and other essentials for enjoyable stay; and all the reasons you rent a house vs. staying in a hotel.

My kids love the hammock and we enjoyed the outdoor shower, tiki bar and wrap around deck after the beach! Also walking distant to a cute market and restaurants.

We have rented in Chatham for 25 years. This home was definitely our family's favorite. The grandkids loved the outside shower and hammock! The chef's kitchen is truly gorgeous and well equipped. This hidden gem is tucked among the trees and very private, yet it is only a short walk or drive to town and beaches. The homeowner (Beth) was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all our needs.

We've been going to Chatham for 8 years and have stayed at 4 different houses and this one was the best hands down. Beautiful, clean, great outdoor space, private, close to the beaches. I can't say enough about this home. We had a seven year old and an (almost) two year old and had a fantastic vacation. The kitchen alone (appointed with new appliances and lots of counter space) makes it worth it. Also, the owners were very, very responsive and helpful (and friendly). A+ We will be back.

This is one of the nicest houses we have rented. It has a newly renovated kitchen and master bathroom on the first floor with plenty of space for our family. The deck was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the hammock out front. The kids were able to play in the back yard. The house is a short drive to downtown Chatham and its beaches. It felt like we were staying in someone's home, not just a rental house. We would definitely rent again.

We love Chatham and hadn't been there for years. This summer we decided to go back, but the house we used to rent was no longer available. What a delight it was to find this house! The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, filled with sunlight, has an open floor plan and a wonderful wrap around deck. The most amazing surprise was the brand new professional/gourmet kitchen and master bath! The location is very private and quiet but close to town. We had a wonderful stay in Chatham. The house was newly renovated and extremely comfortable. Whenever we had any questions, the owners provided quick information and support. The house is close to downtown Chatham (short walk) which made it very convenient. The main street in Chatham has many nice shops and restaurants. The location of the house was very private (dead end road) and had a deck with a grill. The outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach. Highly recommended.
