The main house features two bedrooms each with king size beds, a third bedroom with two twin sized beds, and a half bathroom on the second floor. The well laid out first floor gracefully opens into the full kitchen, which is then followed by the formal dining room, and lastly the large TV/living room with queen sleeper sofa. This floor is rounded out by another bedroom with a full futon, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. There is also a private porch with a gas grill. Follow the meandering slate path just off the porch through the green grass to the fenced in pool area. Just steps away from the entrance to the main house is a separate entrance to an additional living space fully equipped with a large kitchen, a full bathroom with walk in shower, a bright bedroom with a king bed, and a large open living room with an adjacent dining area. This all abuts the grand back deck which overlooks the private pool. This layout would be perfect for in-laws, two families traveling together, or simply to provide tranquility from the main home. Lounge on one of the two decks or beside your own private pool surrounded by the pristine landscape and beautifully manicured plantings. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or cornhole while grilling with the family. Ideally located in South Chatham, you are just a short drive to beautiful beaches, wonderful shops, and restaurants.
