The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, breakfast bar, and the washer/dryer also conveniently located in a closet. Additionally, guests are invited to use the garage for bike storage during their stay. Also located on the first floor is the first primary bedroom that has a California king, walk in closet, as well as an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a stand up shower. On the second floor, there is a loft area that has been transformed into a comfy den and office space. The couch in the loft area also pulls out into a queen sofa bed if additional sleeping is needed. The second floor bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, window seat, and Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower that is shared with the loft area. The finished lower level offers a third living area as well as another full bath with a stand up shower.
