Hilltop getaway in Wellfleet allows easy driving access to the ocean beaches and many swimming ponds. This clean and tidy home was built in 2004 and offers 3 bedrooms; one on the main level with 1 queen bed, 1 bdrm upstairs with 1 king, and 1 bdrm upstairs with 3 twin sized beds. There is a nice deck off of the dining room, complete with deck furniture and a gas grill where you may enjoy a summer bbq. You will find a sweet farmer's porch along the front of the house, which offers seating for relaxing or unwinding with a good book. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and well equipped, and the first-floor washer/dryer add to your convenience. A five-minute drive into Wellfleet Village, or a 5-minute drive to ocean beaches and local ponds. You will find many nice amenities which include cable tv, a dishwasher and WiFi. There are ceiling fans but no A/C. Please no pets and no smoking. (Cat does accompany owner when owner visits).
