No stairs on the main floor has a full bathroom (tub), Living room / dining room area. Top floor has 2 bedrooms both with king beds and half bath. Lower level entertainment room has a large screen tv, full bathroom (shower stall) and pullout sofa. Wash/ dryer.

The property also has an outdoor shower, a deck with bbq for outdoor dining and ample parking.

AC mini-splits throughout.
