The location could not be more ideal. On the ocean (east)side of Brewster, the house is nestled in-between Chatham and South Orleans, so you are minutes away from enjoying the dining and shopping of Downtown Chatham, or just a quick drive to desirable Nauset Beach on the ocean - or you can simply walk down to the beaches of Pleasant Bay, only 6/10 mile away. Golfing at the 36 holes of Captains Golf Course is just a mile away as well, and we are close to East Harwich shopping and dining.
<br /> The first floor has many rooms to enjoy; from the study, complete with a desk and games located at the front entry of the home, to the glowing Granite custom eat-in kitchen, to the beach-inspired full dining room, you will be smiling with thoughts of all the ways to gather and enjoy this marvelous home. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the cooking and dining utensils you need to create wonderful dinners together. This includes a dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, ice maker, and lobster pot. The living room includes a large HD TV with surround sound, Comcast TV channels, and DVD player, WIFI Internet access, a gas log fireplace, and a stereo. The living room flows into a sun room with soaring ceilings, plush seating, and doors to the deck. The deck has outdoor dining table with umbrella, lounge chairs, gas grill, and an outdoor enclosed shower with hot & cold water. The expansive rear yard has terrific golf course views of Cape Cod National Golf course!<br /> <br /> Also located on the first floor is a Grand bedroom suite, which includes a King bed and private granite spa bathroom with double sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Off this end of the first floor there is also a half bath, laundry room, and two car garage entry.<br /> <br /> The 3 additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with two full bathrooms off of the open style hallway and a den with TV, and sofa seating.
