Back to Hawk's Nest for 2025. Our gang had another great two weeks at Hawk's Nest. We love the location, short walk to the beach, ride to the bike trail and short drive to Orleans for groceries and services. We like the simple quaint cottage charm. We will be back! Linda D.

We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Cod cottage! The home was spotless, well-kept, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was a highlight—close enough to the beach for an easy walk, which made it simple to enjoy the bay throughout the day. We also appreciated the convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. This cottage is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Cape Cod vacation, and we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Hawks Nest. The house was well equipped and everything was easy to find. It was really easy to walk to both Spruce Beach via a peaceful trail right off the property or to Linnell Landing beach down the road. Alex was incredibly responsive when we needed to ask her a few questions and was very helpful. This is a great place for families to enjoy beautiful Brewster.

What a delightful cottage! We have vacationed in this area for years and were excited to try this hidden gem. The owners have outdone themselves. The cottage had everything we might need and more. Stayed here with some of our daughters and grandchildren and we were all extremely impressed and happy. Hosted dinner one night for additional family and we had plenty of room. Hope to rent one of the additional cottages along with the Hawk's Nest next year. Already looking forward to it!

Everything was super. The cottages were well equipped, extremely clean, and loved the new outdoor shower! Everything we needed was there and the owners were extremely friendly. Can't say enough good things about renting these cottages!

Hawks Nest was a great weekend getaway off season! Beautiful and spacious cottage with a cozy fireplace! A path right outside the door leads to a spectacular bayside vista! Oh, and the stars at night! We loved it!

We have rented here for many years and always look forward to going back!. We enjoy the true Cape Cottage feel of Hawk's nest. You are not walking into someone's part time rental for a week. This is a bright, clean cottage with a modern kitchen that has charm. It is trucked away on a dead end street , very quiet, with a nice walking path right to the beach or walk down Linnel Landing Road to the beach. try a summer on beautiful Cape Cod ! LD

My family has been visiting the cape for over 30 years. This peaceful cottage was absolutely amazing. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for the 6 of us. The 6 minute walk to the beach was on a trail through the trees and was so peaceful and a joy to walk. The owners and property manger were kind and attentive. Would defiantly rent again.

Owners are very accommodating and respond quickly. Clean and inviting cottage. Walkable to the beach. Upgraded kitchen. Dining/living room create a nice open space. Location is fairly private. Fairly priced and is a nice family cottage.
