Spectacular 180 degree views from Wellfleet Harbor to Great Island, good swimming and boating. House is totally updated but kid-friendly. Two huge decks overlook active marsh with beautiful beach to sun and kayak from. French doors open out to ocean from all rooms upstairs and down. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, modern kitchen and clean throughout. Master is upstairs and 3 bedrooms down around playroom/TV room downstairs. Cape Cod charm and coziness with modern conveniences. In-law apartment with kitchenette, full bath, loft and air conditioning over garage.

Walk to golf, pier, and town (15 minutes). Creek in marsh fills at high tide and is filled with fiddler crabs at low tide. Shellfishermen work the tidal flat at low tide. Boats can be moored in front of the property. Cable, high speed internet, pinball :-) First time ever offered for rental.

The location and water views are magnificent, you wake up to the sunrise over the bay. When the tide comes up you will want to take a swim, and when it recedes, walk down to buy your oysters and clams for the evening. The house is impeccable in every respect, any detail or amenity you can possibly imagine is attended to with taste and grace but also beautifully designed and equipped for family living so it is friendly and comfortable."show moreshow less
