This property is located on Chequessett Neck Road with a private beach 200 feet away and panoramic views of Great Island and the Bay. A deck in front and a patio in back give you views from sunrise to sunset. Chequessett Yacht & Country Club is just down the street, and it has a 9-hole golf course (that abuts the rear of our property), tennis courts, and sailing lessons. Public beaches are less than 10 minutes away and Wellfleet’s quaint town center or Wellfeet Harbor Marina are 2 miles away.

The property is a contemporary style open floor plan upside-down house, set back from the road and with several original elements. On the lower level there are three bedrooms, a bath and rec/entertainment room, and on the upper level are a master bedroom, kitchen and open plan living space.

Perfect Setting, Perfect House for our 3 Generation Vacation

We were all very pleased with the house. We loved the privacy and the ocean view, the proximity to so many places. The house itself suited us very well with its nice design and open plan, lovely cross breezes between deck screens, excellently stocked kitchen wares and outside grill. We lacked for nothing. The private beach was nice too. My son practiced his kite boarding there. There were 8 of us ranging from 5 to 65. We would be very happy to return again to this property.
