Perched atop a wooded lot, this three-bedroom house is conveniently located close to Wellfleet's Main Street. Newly renovated, this home will make for a wonderful Cape Cod escape!

A spacious first floor living area has split-unit ductless A/C and features a wet bar, game table and chairs, comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen television--ample room for lounging, reading and other leisure activity. Well-appointed kitchen with all new appliances leads to separate dining room. Grill out on the spacious deck overlooking a wooded yard. There is also a half bath on this floor.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The first is a roomy master bedroom with king bed, twin bed and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has three twins. Both second floor bedrooms have ductless A/C and share a full bathroom with shower.

The lower level has a third bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and slider to backyard. Full bathroom in lower level with tub/shower. Lower level also has a movie room/den for additional lounging space. Both the lower level bedroom and den have ductless A/C units.

Wash sand off in the outdoor enclosed shower (hot and cold water). Other comforts include cable, WiFi and washer/dryer.

This comfortable home is walking distance to Wellfleet's bustling Main Street and Mayo Beach at Wellfleet Harbor. Short drive to Great Island, Chequessett Yacht and Country Club, WHAT Theatre, wonderful restaurants and Wellfleet's famous ponds.
