Located in the heart of Brewster, you can easily walk or bike to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path just a few yards from the property. Be sure to take in a Brewster Whitecaps baseball game, just minutes up the bike trail. The Whitecaps are part of the famous Cape Cod Baseball League, the nation's top rated collegiate summer league with many alumni going on to play in the Major League. If it's a sandy beach you want, you can take a five-minute drive to the nearest one. Bring bikes of your own or rent them just a short walk up the street. You can also walk just a couple of minutes to the popular Ferretti's Market, locally prized for its high quality, custom cut meats and deli sandwiches..<br />Outside Living Space<br />This recently-renovated handsome home offers an ideal Cape Cod vacation experience, with a unique cosmopolitan feel. The property includes a huge yard and good sized stone patio with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table with umbrella. The yard is regularly professionally sprayed with pet and kid friendly tick and mosquito treatment. The large patio is home to the gas powered fire pit, large gas grill and the enclosed outdoor shower. <br />Inside Living Space<br />Inside you'll discover the remarkable attention to detail and style that inspired this whole-house renovation. The cheery and bright open kitchen is fully equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances and a large, granite topped center island with counter seating and a lounge area to enjoy your coffee. Or step into the adjacent dining area to enjoy sweeping view of the expansive yard and grounds. Right outside the French doors a bistro set awaits for a casual outdoor breakfast. <br />The tasteful open floor plan then flows into the comfortable living room/TV lounge with a big new sectional to curl up on and enjoy the gas fireplace and/or the large flat screen smart TV. The home has cable TV and YouTube TV , extra-high speed WiFi for streaming and is fully air conditioned by a combination of in-wall split and window units. The main level also has a laundry/mud room with a separate entrance. There is a back staircase from the main level here to the upstairs which is part of the historic farm house.<br />Sleeping Accommodations<br />Sleeping accommodations include a generously sized main level bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full bath adjacent.<br />The upper level has the rest of the bedrooms. Please note that the house is from the 1800's so the stairs are steep and narrow. There are bedrooms: including two with twins, one of which enjoys a private full bathroom adjoining the room. The other large double twin room boasts five windows and plenty of space for lounging or playing. The master has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.<br />As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed.
