Location
What a location! Walk a few minutes in one direction and you’re on the beach, where at low tide you can walk a mile or so straight out on the famous Brewster Flats. At extreme high tide, the water can come right up to the stone revetment, temporarily covering most of the beach, though you can still swim. Walk a few minutes in the opposite direction and you’re in the heart of Brewster’s shops and restaurants, including ice cream, casual dining, pizza, sushi, fresh baked goods, a liquor store, bookstore, and a convenience store.
This property is part of a quiet bayside neighborhood. Kids can play safely in the beautifully landscaped, level yard or ride bikes on the unpaved dead-end cart trail where the home is located.<br><br>Outside Living Space<br>The property has a nicely landscaped yard with lots of hydrangeas. After the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Then fire up the gas grill and dine at the new outdoor table. Walk back to the beach for a sunset or gather around the wood fire pit to enjoy the evening sky.<br><br>Inside Living Space<br>The common area living room and kitchen feel spacious thanks to vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The recently renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and basil green cabinets, and is fully equipped. A good-sized three-season room, screened on three sides, offers another lounging space with a flat screen TV. There is also a flat screen TV in the living room. The home also offers air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. <br><br>Sleeping Accommodations<br>The single level living includes sleeping for up to seven.
