The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, private deck, en-suite bath, & mini-split A/C. The second bedroom has three twin beds, a private deck, and mini-split A/C. The den has a queen sleep sofa, TV, mini-split AC, and sliders to the main deck. The modern & fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, while a spacious dining area comfortably seats seven. The living room has a large, flat screen TV and A/C. Sliders off the dining area and den lead to a furnished patio with grille.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).<br />
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children’s Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).<br />
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.<br />
