Chatham's Summer Breeze at This Wonderful Cape!

I have vacationed at Cape Cod for 20+ years and have rented many different cottages. This cottage had plenty of room for the 8 adults in my group. All of the bedrooms were spacious, 2 full baths inside and outdoor shower meant no one ever needed to wait. Cottage has 2 TV rooms which was a plus when my husband wanted to watch sports and other family members wanted something different and must mention this living room furniture was some of the most comfortable compared to past rentals. The deck was awesome! We used deck for meals and hanging out, truly was like having an extra room and the lights at night were a nice touch, very relaxing.

The central air was excellent especially on humid days. We enjoyed playing pool and the hot tub was relaxing at end of a long day on the Cape! This home had hardwood floors, was clean, neat and nicely decorated with beach photos truly felt like a Cape home with lots of modern extras and we enjoyed all of them. The homeowner was also very pleasant to deal with and always responded quickly with any questions I had. This is the first time renting in Chatham, and I really liked the location. Quick ride to downtown Chatham, downtown Harwich and Harding's Beach, only a couple minutes away by car, is easy access right on the beach so you don't have to walk far to get on the beach, and the lot always had room. I would recommend this home. It was truly a great vacation rental and one of my family's best vacations yet, and the space and conveniences of this home were definitely a part of that. Thank you so much for sharing your home in Chatham. We felt at home instantly upon entering the house. The kids and grandkids didn't hesitate to find their rooms and unpack ready for "Cape Cod"! It was a nice quiet location and even though it is a mile from the beach, it was walkable. The hammock, hot tub, and rec room were all big hits. The weather was perfect and so was the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Our family spent 4 years at this house. I would definitely recommend the location and property. It has all the essentials, outdoor shower, two baths, a basement rec room, and a private yard with a hammock. Hardings Beach is not far either. Always had a pleasant stay, and the condition of furniture and kitchen was great. Recently replaced the grill and television set. Hopefully this helps. Also it does have A.C. and working WiFi.

My family and I love to cook....the kitchen was fully stocked with everything!

The house was nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. We had a great time!
