There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a shared full bath. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom with 2 twins.

On the second floor, you will find three more spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two twins with a jack & jill bath to an adjoining bedroom with a queen bed. There's also a cozy, private primary suite with its own spa-like bath and balcony. The fun-filled game room with pool/ping pong and a bar complete the second floor. On the third floor, you'll find yet another bedroom.

1.5 miles from all that downtown Falmouth has to offer, including the harbor, with ferries to Martha's Vineyard. This home is within walking distance to Falmouth Heights restaurants.

    Great family home
    July 2022

    We rented this home in July. Our group included two families of four and we had a few guests for a couple of days as well. There is parking for 6 cars- if you have a couple of sedans- we had 3. We had no problems and when we did we had overflow cars they parked at Walmart- 1.5 miles away.

    The house has plenty of comfortable beds- the "bunk" room has 5 twins and we put all our teen boys up there. The house is fully equipped with lawn games and we played them all- bocce, cornhole, croquet. Great deck with two tables but the front porch(equipped with fans) was really our favorite hangout. Basically because we could wave and chat with the neighbors. Lovely landscaping.

    Beach is literally a 3 min walk. My brother swam in the morning before work! And they have a red wagon that we used to cart all our stuff. We went to Falmouth Heights beach- if anyone in your party has sensitive feet- bring water shoes- a little rocky getting in. We were fine but I noticed many older folks had water shoes on.

    AC was great on the first floor and some bedrooms had split AC units(quiet) and 4 of the 6 bedrooms had regular window units. Kitchen was well equipped, nothing lacking. We cooked/barbecued a number of nights but also went to Wood Hole a number of evenings too. Hot water never ran out even with 10 people and the outdoor shower was a big hit.

    We had 3 people working for some of our time there. There is a bonus room with a good size desk where Zoom calls were done and the three rotated in and out. A couple of other bedrooms had small desk space That room also had a pool table that got good use by the kids. Overall, a great family home!

    Wonderful house in a great location
    July 2022

    We had a wonderful week in this house. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Falmouth Heights and just a short walk to the beach. The house is very well equipped…there's nothing missing. It's spacious and was the perfect house for two families to share.
