We had a great time during our 2 week stay at this home. The house was well taken care of and had everything we needed. The bedrooms has closet/dresser space, the kitchen has ample cookware and dishes, the living spaces had smart TVs and lots of family board games. While the back yard lawn is a little small, there is a lovely fire pit area, patio with plenty of seating, and a large grill. The front lawn was plenty of space for the kids to play yard games. We loved the outdoor shower! The New Silver Beach community is quaint. We took nightly walks/bike rides through the community. The beach was a little far to walk but we always were able to find parking. The beach is smaller than some but was never overly crowded. There were always lifeguards and the water was beautiful! This was a great stay for a family! Joe and Marguerite were responsive and gracious hosts! Highly recommend.

This is the real Cape experience. Quiet residential area with beautiful nature surrounding you. The view of sky and trees from the spacious inviting outside shower was wonderful!
The owners , Joe and Marquerite , were warm and welcoming, attentive and gracious in ensuring that we had whatever was needed. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked as we tend to have competition cooking! Close to church, beach and town for shopping. A wonderful experience!

My family and I have stayed here for the past 3 summers. Joe and Marguerite are wonderful hosts who have created a beautiful and relaxing home to vacation at. We love spending time in the yard; playing ladder ball, grilling dinner, making s'mores by the fire pit and enjoying the peace and quiet. The large basement is a great space for kids to play and families to gather for game nights. We look forward to spending many more summers at the Home!

My friends/family and I have stayed at The Home for a week each of the last two summers and we have loved every minute of it. Joe and Marguerite are wonderful hosts who communicate well, and The Home is perfectly equipped for a large group. From sitting by the fire to making donuts in the kitchen, it's easy to feel at home in The Home. The location is wonderful, including the short walk to the beach, and the price is more than appropriate. We plan to try new locations the next few years, but after that, we would very happily return to The Home!

Our family can't say enough about this great vacation home! We have stayed at this house for 6 consecutive years!! Joe and Marguerite are great hosts and are very responsive to all inquiries. The house is well stocked and well equipped for guests. The additional living space in the basement is great for kids!

Beautiful yard with firepit and horseshoe pit. Many wiffle ball tournaments were played in the spacious front yard! Great location close to New Silver Beach - just a quick bike ride and great having access to the garage to store bikes and beach items. Great outdoor shower and outside dining area. This house gets our family's highest recommendation! Book now!!

This Home is a beautiful house to vacation in. It's so comfortable that you feel like you're at home. From the moment you arrive you appreciate the welcoming outside beauty to enjoy & then you step inside it's just as welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beds are all comfy. The proximity to Falmouth is convenient. Love that town. The drive to the beach is short which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this rental.

A wonderful vacation home! It was the perfect size and layout for our family with a range of ages - plenty of room to gather together comfortably in the main living/kitchen area or spread out in different spaces. Beautiful yard with multiple areas to enjoy - dining patio with grill, the fire pit, side and front yards (yard games - croquet, corn hole, etc.- are provided). The outdoor shower is a big plus. Quiet road, easy walk/bike ride to the private beach. The home was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked - kitchen items, board games, DVDs, local information, beach chairs...Joe & Marguerite (homeowners) have thought of everything! We provided bed linens, pillows and towels. Joe was super responsive and helpful from our first inquiry all the way through our stay. We had a great week, thank you!

Being first time Cape renters, we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this home. Joe and Marguerite were amazing hosts - from our first inquiry and throughout our stay, they were in constant contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed from day one. The home is the perfect summer rental with all the amenities you could possibly need. It's great for families with children with extra space for them on the lower level and great yard space. Proximity to the beach was great. We took a family walk everyday to the association beach as a great family activity. It was truly a memorable vacation and this wonderful home with the wonderful host were truly amazing. Thank you, Joe and Marguerite!

Looking for a wonderful vacation home? Well, look no further!! The home has everything you could ask for from top to bottom. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, and that’s it! The open floor plan is great along with the fantastic new central AC. We loved going to the beach and coming home to the outdoor shower. Several nights we lounged in the picturesque back yard with a fire in the fire pit. We loved it and can’t wait to go back next summer. Joe, the owner, could not be any kinder and always responds to any questions you may have. You will not regret your stay here!! Have fun, relax and enjoy!

This place was great for our family. Plenty of sleeping room, and the house was near everything we wanted to do. The location of the house makes you feel secluded, not houses stacked on top of each other. Joe gave use of a garage stall for larger items such as bikes or beach gear. We enjoyed the access to the private beach, and I loved how close it was to fishing while the rest of my family ventured into town. The most important part was that Joe was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He was fantastic to deal with! The outdoor shower was also great for cleaning off our kids after the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wedding to attend at the SeaCrest and were so lucky to find this adorable, comfortable, and roomy home. Joe was a pleasure to work with on our booking and went out of his way to assure we had everything we needed . It was nice to hear from him the morning we arrived to make sure we got settled in ok . The home is roomy and has anything you could possibly need readily available.

We were so close to a nearby beach and bike trail, but didn't have enough time to enjoy , so will definitely be back when we can stay longer .

We have had a great week in your home!!!! Thank you so much! It has been decided by all the kids and adults that this has been the "best Cape house ever!" with new amenities, new furniture and beds throughout . Its amazing. We would definitely be interested in renting it again next year and possibly for two weeks if that would be an option.

A wonderful, peaceful week in New Silver Beach. Great beach access. Lifeguards. Tea Room for snacks. Nice people on the beach. Riding the bike path was so much fun each morning. Falmouth is a cute town with really nice stores and lots of restaurants to choose from. Drove to Woods Hole, Hyannis, the Cape Cod Canal. Felt revived to go back to work. Will be making this rental an annual summer get away!

Wow! What a surprise! We just wanted a peaceful weekend and we got it! The house is decorated simply, but comfortably. What was great was the amount of comfortable seating for 10 in the living room. And the dining table seats 8!! Our college-age boys could go downstairs to what we called "the media room" to watch TV and hang!! Fantastic! There were comfortable reading chairs on the patio, with Adirondack chairs for 8!! Great family time! The patio is very private! Grill. Fire pit. Horseshoes. And, corn hole. The outdoor shower is very roomy, and your towel and clothes don't get wet! Beach bliss!! The bedrooms were so cute, and each has a ceiling fan. Just a wonderful long weekend to re-charge. Going to book for a week's vacation in August! Thank you for a comfortable home for our family!
