This beautiful home right in the heart of Falmouth Heights is the perfect spot for your vacation! The house has five bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

You can sip your morning coffee on your deck overlooking Vineyard sound and then take a walk to Falmouth Heights Beach which is only 800 feet away. The house has A/C units in every bedroom and nine parking spots, something rare in Falmouth Heights. This is truly one of the best locations the Cape has to offer!

My family and I are lifelong summer residents of West Falmouth and have years of experience renting properties in Falmouth. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Please Note: This is an older home! Located in one of Falmouth Height's historic neighborhoods, this home was built over 140 years ago! It is a wonderful, charming home that really embodies old Cape Cod, but boasts some quirks that not all may like. When you first check into the home, please read the history description provided to learn about the history of the home, the neighborhood and some of its famous visitors!

Additional fees include the 14.75% state of MA lodging tax, a $300 cleaning fee per stay (subject to more if pets are included).

    Excellent Vacation

    We stayed in this house 2 families (8 people) and had a wonderful week. The location and amenities of this home were terrific. Quick walk to Falmouth Heights beach, restaurants and Island Queen. The deck offers beautiful views. The house was clean and provided all the necessities to cook(fully stocked kitchen), beach chairs, towels (bath and beach). The home is older and does have character-the floors are a bit wavy but that's to be expected in a beach house. Will was a terrific host. Would highly recommend this location. show more show less

    Best family Vaca

    We stayed the end of June with our family of 5 and had extended family drop in all week (total 10 at a time) and everyone had the best time. Beautiful, quick walk to our favorite Heights Beach and a 5 minute drive to the MV ferry. With small kids, this home was perfect and more than comfortable. We hope to be renting with Will for years to come!

    Will was a fantastic host! He was very good at communicating from start to finish! This house was perfect for me and my five girlfriends. It is in a fantastic location and has spectacular views of the ocean! The deck was perfect for lazy mornings and coffee enjoyed looking at the sea. I really appreciated all of the space. Will did a great job of stocking the kitchen with everything we needed (including brand cooking utensils, pots and pans). We were able to cook for 8+ people easily in the kitchen and had all the supplies we needed. The neighborhood was lovely and we were easily able to park up to four cars. Will works hard to make sure that you are a happy tenant and that was very much appreciated. I also think it's important to note that it's not the right house for everyone. It's an older home (I live in one so I understand their charm!) so the floor slopes and the rooms vary in terms of size and layout. If you want to enjoy a relaxing, casual vacation at the beach, do not hesitate to book this home. You will not be disappointed! It's a gem! show more show less
