Just a short walk, approximately .5 miles, to Menauhant Beach with sidewalks leading to the beach. There is access to Green Pond for kayaking at the end of the street on Commodore Lane. Nicely renovated four bedroom Cape style house, with a first floor bedroom and a full bathroom on each level. Gas grill, window air-conditioning and Wifi are just a few of the comforts for this rental home. There is a bonus outbuilding off the back patio with a couch, small desk and TV.

Bring Fido along (with owner permission) for an additional pet fee of $250.

Linens are provided. Fireplace not for use.
