The house can comfortably sleep twelve with two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower outside. You will be able to enjoy dinner from your sunny deck after a long day lounging on the private beach just down the road. You are granted access to the private deeded private beach 100 yards from your front door with additional water access for kayaking and water sports on nearby Great Pond. This is one of the most prime locations Cape Cod has to offer, with an amazing view and lots to do in Falmouth.

Additional fees that the house requires is a $300 cleaning fee as well as the 14.45% lodging tax required by the state. For the property to be reserved an initial deposit of half of the listing price is required and the other half due two weeks prior to occupancy.

We look forward to hosting many tenants this summer and had multiple successful rentals last summer!

    Wonderful Week!

    Our family of 8 adults & several pets had a tremendous week. The views from the dining are & living room are great and the access to the beach and Great Pond for kayaking can't be beat.

    Our late summer vacation

    Great house in perfect location. Plenty of room with nice views and amenities. My three children and their significant others, my sister and husband all stayed the week comfortably. We entertained local quests, rode bikes, ate out at a nearby restaurant. On a rainy day we went bowling a couple towns away. The company makes the vacation but the home really added to the experience. Looking forward to another visit!

    Always an Ocean breeze, amazing views, perfect location

    Our family stayed a week at the house, fantastic location, clean, well equiped, great access to private beach. Owner was easy to work with. We hope to return next year! It's truly a gem location!

    Awesome Spot to Stay In

    Definitely recommend this as your next destination spot in the Cape.

    - 4 minute walk to quiet beaches, and a gorrrgeous view of the pond too!
    - Comfortable beds and easy check in/check out process
    - Will is very easy to work with! We were having an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed within 30 minutes
    - The BEST toilet any of us had ever used ever

    There were 10 of us and we would love to stay here again!

    Week at the Beach

    Family trip with 10 people (ranging in age from 19 to 92) and 2 dogs. We had a great time. The house worked out very well. Great location, the place was immaculate and well stocked. The neighbors are friendly which was good with the dogs. Lots of places to walk and bike.

    My family and I have been spending summers in Falmouth our whole lives, and have been renting houses in Falmouth for over a decade now.     What is special about this property?
    This property is some of the best real estate that Falmouth has to offer. It is seated right on the coast line with views of vineyard sound and on the other side borders great pond, an excellent spot for kayaking. This house comes with deeded private beach rights which began .2 miles from the back steps. This location is truly something very special and the views you can not find any where else.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is one of the best areas Cape Cod has to offer. There are many local attractions very close to the house like downtown Falmouth, Woods Hole and Martha's Vineyard. Even on a rainy day you can find plenty of fun activities to keep you occupied, like shopping at the Mashpee Commons or trying any of the stellar local restaurants. While renting with us, we will provide you a list of all the best restaurants around as well as some places you must visit!
